RESOLUTIQN ABA~3DONING A P~IBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regu].arly far hearing before the Board
of Super+risors of the Coun~y of Butte, Stiate of California, on
.Tune 16 , L9g1, in th~ 8oard Chambers, Butte County Adminis~xation
Build~ng, Oroville, California, and iC appearing to said Board ~hat
a Noti.ce of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regul.arly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
frpm which sai.d Board now tinds Cha~ the hereina~~er described
1'ublic Uti.l.ity ~asement is unnecessary for present or prosgective
public use.
NOW, THEREFOR~, iT IS HEREBY ORDERED as fo~lows:
1. That the public u~ility easemen~ situated in the
County of ~ut~e, State of Califarnia, as hereinafter more particular~y
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the desCription of said public util.i.ty easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, Sta~e of Cali.fornia,
and more par~icularl.y described as follows:
Being those certain public utility easements ly~ng withi~
a portion of Sec~ion 25, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also being a
portion of Lot 65 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pxnes
U~zt 4 recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Pages 97 and
101, County of Bu~te, State of Californ~.a, more particularl.y
described as fa~lows:
1.. Being that 10-foot public uti.lity easement lying
southwesterlq of and para11.e1 with the following-
descri.bed line: Beginning at the most easterly
corner o~ said ~ot 65; thence N 34°12'S9"W, 72.54'.
