RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECREATI~NAL EASEM~NT
Th~.s ma~ter came on reguJ.arly for hearing before the
Baard o~ Supervisars of the County of Butt~, Sta~e af Californ~a,
on June 16 , 1981, in ~he Boaxd Chambers, Butte Coun~y
Administration ~uilding, Oroville, Ca1i.~ornia, and i~ appearing to
said Baard ~hat a Notice of Time and Place af Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and reguiarly given as required by ~.aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hea~a~ng, from which said Board now finds that ~he
hereinaf~t~r desCribed Public tJtilz~y Easement and Recreational. Ease-
ment is unnecessary for presen~ ox prospectz~e p~blic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, I~ IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
~.. That the public utility easement and reereational ease-
ment situated in ~Che County of Bu~te, State af Cala.fornia, as herein-
a~ter u~ore particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public u~ility easement
and recreational easement so abandaned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularl.y described as
follows:
B~ing those certain 10-foot public utility and recreational
easements lying wi~hin a portion o~ Sectiian 26, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M, also Iying withi.n Lot 87 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit lI. as recorded zn Book 38 Maps of Re~ord at Pages 17
to 19, County o~ Butte, State o~ Califarnia, moxe particularly
described as follows:
1. Bea.ng that cer~ain 10-foot public utility and
recreatianal easement lying southwesterly af
and parallel wi~h the no~ctheasterly lot line

3. That the Clerk o~ this Board s~al~ cause a certified
copy a~ this Resolution, wzth the sea~ of the Board of ~upervisors
o~ Che County o~ Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
o~fice o~ t~e Recorder of the Coun~y of Butte, State of California.
