EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
' WHEREAS, this Board has recei~ed a petition from Karl D.
May, and athers requesting th~ abandonment of a public utility
easement and recr~ational easement as described b~low; and
WHEREAS, p~rsuant to Government Gode §§50440, et seq.,
~his Board sha~l se~ a da~e ~or a hearing on the pet~tion fo~
a~andonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of S~pervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on July 21 , 19H~, at 10:0o a .m., in the
Fsoard Chambers, Butte County Admini.stra~ion Building, Oroville,
California, a hearzng sha~.l be held on the abandonment of th~
fol~owing descxibed easement:
Being twa five--~oot public utility easements and one
1a--~oot public utility and recrea~zon easement situated
in Section 3b, T23N, R3E, MDB'M, as shown on Lot 64 of
Paradise Pin~s Country Club Unit No. 1 reco~ded in Book
3$ a~ Page 57 and 5$ Maps of Recard, Butte County, Sta~e
of California, ~nore partzcular].y descxibed as ~ollows:
1. Being a five~foot pub~ic u~i~.it~r easement lying
adjacent to, southeasterly of and parallel with Che
fol.lowing-described line. Beginning at ~he most westerl.y
carner of said Lot 64; thence N27°51'25"E, 162.23 feet.
