FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEARS 1980-81
AND 198I-82, AS REQUiRED BY SECfi ION 7910,
DIVISION 9, OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE.
WHEREAS, ArCicle XIII-B of the California Cons~itution
provides rhat local governments musr establish annual appropriations
limits pursuant ~o said Arricle, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code,
provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall,
by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following
year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, tihe Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte County
appropriations limit for fiscal qears 1980-81 to be $19,252,217, and
the appropriations limit for fiscal year 1981-82 to be $21,899,397.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED, that the appropriations Iimit
for Butte County is established to be $19,252,217 tor fiscal year
1980-81, and the appropriations Iimit for Butte County is established
to be $21,899,387 for fiscal year 1981-82, and;
FUR~HER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination
thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the Calzfornza
Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Superv~sors, County of Butte,
State of California, this 23rd day of June , 1981.
