FaR SPECIAL DISTRICTS UNDER CONTROL OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY B4ARD OF SUPERVISORS
~OR FISCA~ YEARS 1980-81 t1ND 1981-82,
AS REQU~RED SY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9,
OF TH~ CALZFORNZA GOVERNMENT CODE
WH~R~AS, Article ~III-B of the Californ~:a Constitution provides
that loca~. governments must establish annual appropria~ions Limits pursuant
to said Article, and;
Wk~~kZEAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides
th.at the governing body o~ each 1oca1 jurisdiction shall, by resolutzon,
estab~.ish its appropriation limit for the following year at a regularly
scheduled meeting, azid;
WI-~EREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the appropx-iations
limits for the appli.cable special districts to be the amounts shown on.
Attachment A for fiscaZ year I980-81, and as shown on Attachment B for
fiscal year 1981-82.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT R~SOT,VED that the appropriations limits for
special districts under control of the Board o~ Supervisors of Butte County
are established to be the amounts shown on P_ttachment A for fiscal year
1980-81, and the amounts shown on Attachment B for fiscal year 1981-82,
and ;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination
thereo~ are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California
Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County o£ Butte,
State of California, this 23rd day of ,7une , 1981.
