75-82, established a County Service Area Loan RevolYring Fund; and,
WHEktEAS, Government Code §25210.9c provides that a County may
appropriate any o~ its available monies to such fund in an amounC
not to exceed $500,000.00; and,
W~IEREAS, sai.d §25210.9c further provides that said revolving
fund shalJ. be reimbursed from monies made available from a benefiting
sezvice area and that no sums shall be disbursed from the revolving
£und until the Board of Supervisors has, by resolution, established
a method by and term (not exceeding five years) within which the
County Service Area is to reimburse the revol.ving fund, and speci~ied
that the Service Area shal~ also reimburse the funds for interest at
~he current rate per annum received on similar types of investments,
as determined by the County Treasurer; and,
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors had determined
that there is a need to prova.de mona~es fo~ County Service Area No. 23
to provide tor unanticipated drainage maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte Counry Board of
Supervisors that:
l. There is hereby appropriated, from the County General Fund
Appropriation for Contingencies to the County Service Area Revolving
Fund, the sum of $250.00.
2. The sum o~' $250.00 is to be disbursed from the Revolving
Fund to County Service Area No. 23 ro provide for unanticipated
drainage maintenance.
3. The sum disbursed to County Service Area No. 23 shall be
reimbuzsed by Counry Service Area No. 23 to the Rezrolving Fund in
one lump payment no later than 3une 30, 19$2.

4. County Service Area No. 23 shall also reimburse the Revol-
ving Fund for interest at a rate per annum equal to that earned by
the County on similar types of investments, as determined by the
County Treasu~er.
5. As the money is reimbursed to the Revolvin~ Fund bq County
Service Area rTo. 23, the County Auditor is d~rected to transfer such
money from the Revolving Fund to the County General Fund.
