WHEREAS, the ~rovisions of the Revenue and Taxation Cade require an
agreement between ~he County of ~utte and s~ecaal di~tricts consicierin~
annexa~ions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF.~SOLVED b~ ~he Board of Superva.sors ~hat ~he
Agreement attached hereto as Exhii~i~ "A" is incorporated herein as if set
forth in ful~ and is here~y approv~d anc~ executed by Butte County.
