NORTH BURBANK PUBLIC UTILITY D~STRICT AND BUTTE COUNTY REGARDING
THE EXCHANGE OF PRdPERTY TAX REVENUFS RELATED TO THE ZOLLER et al
AND CLYDE WATTLES ANIVEXATIONS.
WHEREAS, the provisions o~ the Revenue and Taxation Code require an
agreement between the County of Butte and special dis~ricts considering
annexations.
NOW, THERF~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that the
Agreement attached hereto as Exha.b~.t "A" is incorporated herein as if set forth
in full and is hereby approved and executed by Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Soard o~ Supervisors this
