R~S~LU~ION ADOPTING PR4PQSED BUDGET FOR TH~ FTSCA~ YEAR ~981-82

BE IT RESOLVED by ~h~ BQAR~ d~ S~P~RVISQRS af the COU~TY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNTA, as fol1ows:
1. That the ~abu7ation of antic~pated revenues and propased expenditures
for the fiscal year I981-82 has been reviewed and revise~ under the direction of
this Board, and now conforms ~a its judgement as a proper preliminary f~nancial
program far said fiscal year and is hereby adopted as ~~e "P~^oposed Budget of ~he
County af Butte for the Fiscal Year I981-82.°
2. The "Proposed Budget°` shal~ be reproduced and a sufficient number o~'
budge~ dacuments shall be provided so ~hat each ~axpayer who desires may ob~ain or~e,
and a copy sha17 imrncdiately be forwarded ~o t~e 5tate Con~roller by the Auditor.
3. 'T~e Clerlc of the Board shall forthwith publ~sh a notYC~ once in a
newspaper of general circulation sta~ing ~~at:
(a) The "Proposed Budget" dacuments are ava~lable ~o taxpayers
requestit~g them.
(b} That ~h7s Soard of Supef^visars will mee~ a~ Orovil~e on Thursday,
~uly 9, 1981 at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors room, County Rdm~nistration
C~nter, 2~ Caun~y Center Drive, ~n ~he City of Orav7ile, ~ounty of Butte, State of
California, ~ar the purpose of fixing ~he finai budget and any taxpayer may appear
therea~ and be ~eard regarding the increase, decrease or am~ssian of any items of
the Budge~ or far the inclusion of addit~ona3 ~tems, a~~ in accordance with Section
29066 of the Government Code of the State o~F California.
