The County of Butte has receiv~d public bids ~or the con-
struction of ~,mprove~tents ~.n East Ridge Assessment D~s~rict, County
of Butte, State af California.
The Enginee~' o~f Wo~k has review~d ~h~ bids and now
reco~nmends award o~ the construction cont~act ta the lowest responsi-
ble biddex~, RT~Y N. BERTELSEN C0. , INC, , whose bid pra.ce a.s
$19~4,806.00.
The Board of Supexvisors the~e~ore awards the cantract to
that bidder. A].~. ather bids are rejected.

The Board o~ Supervisors authorizes and directs th~ Chairman

construction speci~icat~ons.
