This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Hoard of Supervfsors of the Counry of $utee, State of California,
on .7une 30 , I98]., in the Board Chambers, ButCe County
Administration Bui7.ding, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Pla~e of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, anci
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafCer described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT TS H~REBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreational. ease--
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said pubLic utility easement and
recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County ot Butte,
State of Cali€ornia, and mare particularly describeci as follows:
Being those certain 10-foot public utility easements
and recreational easements lying within a portion of
Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also being a portion
of Lot 89 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Unit 11
as recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 17
through 19, County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
1. Being that certain 10-~oot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying southeasterly of and
para11e1 with the northwesterly 1ot line of said Lot
89, beginning at the most westerly corner of sai.d lot;
thence N 54° 11' 23" E 142.76 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 25 feet
ly'ing within the 25-foot building setback line. ~

2. Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement L
and recreational easement lying northeasterly of and W

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State o~ California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.

this 30th day of June , 1981, by the following vote.
