This matter came on regularJ.y for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Srate of California,
on June 30 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from whzch saici 13oard now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility ~asement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREI3Y ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public uti.lzty easemenr and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and recreata.onal easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Sutte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being a porCion of Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lot 34 as shown on the Map of
Paradise Pines Unit 12 as recorded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Pages 24 through 27, County of Butte, State
of Califarnia, more parCicularly described as follows:
Being that certein 12-foot public utility easement and
recreational easement lying northerly of and parallel
with the most southerJ.y lot line of said Lot 3/~,
commencing at the most southerly corner af said lot;
thence N 67° 54' 08" W 80.00 feet to the end of the
described line.

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butre, State of California, to be recorded in the
office o£ the Recorder of the County of Butte, State oE California.

this 30th day of June , 1981, by the following vote.
