WOODRZDGE RANCH ESTATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte resoZves:
C~rtain own~rs o£ rea3. prope~ty have filed with the Clerk of
this body a petition, signed by them, reques~~.ng the public improve-
ments described in the petition, the cost to be sp~ciaJ.ly ass~ssed
against land banefiti.ng from the improvements. The petition co~tain5
an express waa.ver of statutory proceedings under the Speaial. Assess-
ment Invest~.gat~on, La.mitation and Majority $rotes~. Act of ~931, as
providad zn Secta.an 2804 0~ the Streets and Highways Codea
The Boa~d of Supervi.sors ~inds ~ha~ a].l of tha owners of
maze than sixty percent (60~) in area of ~he land sub~ec~~~to assessment
for th~ proposed improvements have sign~d the pe~tition.
Accordingly, the Board of Supervisors accep~s the petition
and directs that spaczal assessmen~ proceadings sha~.l be un.dertaken
by the terms o~ the pe~~tion and w3.thout ~urther compliance with
the SpeciaZ Assessment Investigatzon, Lirna.ta~ion and Majority Pro-
test Act of 1.931. This action ~.s f.~nal within ~he meani~ng of
Section 3012 of the Streets and Ha.ghways Code,
