WOODRIUGE RANCH ESTATES ASSESSMENT DTSTRTCT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of But~e resoZves:
A zttap exiti.tJ.ed "Px'oposed Boundaries of Woodridge Ranch
Estates Assessment Dis~rict, County of Bu~te, Ca~ifa~nia" has been
filed w~.th the County Clerk.
Tha.s Board approves the map and adopts ~he boundaries shown
on the map as descra.bing the extent of the ter~itazy included in a
proposed assessment district to be known as Wood~idg~ Ranch Estates
Assessmen~ District, Butte County, Cali~ornia.
This Board finds that the Fnap is in the ~arm and can~ains
the matters prescribed by Section 3110 0~ ~he California Streets
and Highways Code.
This Board direct~ the County Cierk to certify the adoption
o~ this resolution on the face of the map, and to fi1.e a copy o~ the.
map wi,th the County Recoxdez ~or pl.acement in ~he Boak o~ Maps o~
Assessment Districts.
