RESOZ,UTION ACCEPTING REPORT
AND SETTING HEAR~NG OF PROTESTS _
WOODRIDGE RANCH ESTATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ~
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
~.. At the direction of this Board, the Eng~.neer of Work
for ~mprovement proceedings in Wood~idge Ranch Estates Assessment
Distzict, Butte County, Cal.ifornia, has ~iled with the County Clerk
the report described in Section 102Q4 af the Streets and Highways
Code (Municipa7. zmprovement Act of I913). This Boa~d accepts the
r~port without modi~ication, for the purpose o~ conduc~ing a hearing
of protes~s to th~ improvement desc~.zbed ~.n the report.
2. This Board sets 11:~.5 A.M. on the 4th day o~ August,

mai.~, the notices o~ improvement required by the Municipal Tmprov~-
anent Act of J.913, and ~o file an affidavi~. o~ compliance. Th~ no~ice
sha3.3. be pub~z.shed in the CH~CO ENTERPRiSE-~RECORD.
