RESOLUTTON CALLING F4R C~NSTRUCTION BIDS
W~ODRIDGE RANCH ESTATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors o~ ~h~ County of Bu~te resolv~s:
l. Thi.s Boaxd has given preliminary approvay ta ~he report
of the Engir~eer of Work for improvements in ~aaod~i~dge Ranch Esta~es
Assessment District, Butte County, Califarna.a. The ~eport inc~.udes
pl.ans and sp~cifica~ions ~or th~ construction of improvesnents des-
cribed in ~he report.
2. The County o~ Butt~ w~.ll receive sealed proposal.s
for this constructian not later than 7-~:00 A.M. on July 26, ~98~,
in ~he o~~ice of the Director of Publ.ic Works of the Caunty of
Bu~te, 7 County Cente~ Dxive, Orovi~.l~, California. At that time
and place, the sealed praposals will be public~.y opened, examined
and d~clared.
3. The Board res~~ves the power in zts discretion to
reject a].1 proposa].s. The award of construction contract, if made,
shall be r~nade ~o the lowest responsib~.s b~.dder within the t~me ~ixed
in the speci~'icati.ons (ar any ~xt~nsion of time agreed ~o by the County
an.d the ].owest respan.sib3.e bi.dder) .
4.. The County Clerk is directed to publish a notice ~.a can-
tractors in the CHTCO ENTERPRISE-RECORD in accordance with the Munica.pal
Tmpravement Act of 19~3. The Engineer o~ Work is authorized to give
adda.ti.onaZ not~.ce and to d~.strzbute additional ~nformation as necessary
in ~he judgment af the Engineer of 6Jork, to secure competitive bidding.
