COU~TY` C~NTROC NQ. 11=A PORTION OF fl~D CLARK ROAD DUMP SITE
~HEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Butte County deems it advisable
to sell the fol~owing described surplus property, to wit:
A11 that portion of Section 35, T22N, R3E, MOM, more particularly
des.crib.ed as follows;
Being a11 that portion of the east half of the northwest quarter,
and the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 35,
T22~, R3E, MDM, lying wester1y of the westerly right-of-way line
af CTar~ Road,
Containing an area of 16.12 acres, more or less.
Subject to a 60-foot w~de road easement and publ9c utility easement
as conveyed in that certain deed to Lynn C. Knauff recarded in
Book 1333 of Official Records at page 132.
Also subject to rights of way for pole iine and roads, as excepted
in the deed, from Central Pacific Raitway Company, a corporation,
et a~, to Mary A. Sears, dated October 10, 1929 and recorded
January 28, I932, in Book 83 of Official Records at Page 33.
NOW, 7HER~FOR~, IT IS RESOLUFD that it is the inten~ion of this Board
to sell the aforementioned property at a min~mum price of $55,000 cash.
IT IS FUR7HER RESQLVED that on the 18th day of August ~ 1~8~
at 11:00 a.m,, a pu5lic meeting of the Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Butte
wili be held at the regular pTace of ineeting of said Board, at which trime proposals
to purchase wi11 be received and considered.
PASSED AND ADOP7ED this 14th day of ~uly , 19.81 by the Butte
County 8oard of Supervisors 6y the following vote:
