Peacock and others reques~ing the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WI3EREAS, pursuant to GovernmenC Code ~§50440, et seg.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on August IS , i9ai at10:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described easement:
Being that certain 10-foot public utili~y easement lying
within a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lot 74 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit ld, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages
11 through 14, County of Butte, State of Califoirnia, mare
particularly described as follows:
Being a 10-foot public utl~tity easement lying southwesterly
of and parallel with the following-described line:
Beginning at the most easterly lot corner of Lot 79; then
N 48°5fl'46", 77.8d feet to the end of the described Iine.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
