FOR UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the County desires to account for and control, in a more
effect~ve manner, the costs of services provided uniformly to county depart-
ments; and,
WHERERS, the County desires to provide separate fund accoun~ing for
unemployment ~nsurance costs and reserves for reimbursement of future claims;
and,
WHEREAS, §252b0 of the Government Code author~zes the establishment of
interest bearing in~ernal service funds which may be used for these purposes.
~OW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors:
~. 7hat the Auditor-Controller be authorized to establish an internal
service fund for unemployment insurance to properly account for all costs of
performing this service and the allocation of the costs among the users of the
service;
2. That effective July 1; 1981, funds present~y ~n the unemployonent
i~surance trust and agency fu~d be transferred to the internal service fund.
