The Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
1. On J~ly 29, 1980 the Board of Supervisars 1~vied an
assess~nent on land within Sacramento Avenue Assessment I~15~~1Ct
No. 1 for bene~its to be received from a sys~em of stoxm drainage
improvements. The assessments includad a special assessmerzt
designated Assessment No. 7Z, in the amoun~ of $3a,586.28.
2. McCain Associa~es, Engineer of Wark, has advised th~s
Board ~hat the amount of Assessmen~ No. 71 was calculated in
er~ror and shoul.d be reduced.
3. The Baard of 5upervisors ther~fore orders tha~. Assess-
inent No. 71 by reduced to the amount of $13,447.02. The Di.rector
of Public Works is directed to ~ile this resoluta.on with the Amended
Engineer's R~po~t for Sacra~nento Avenue Assessment Distric~ No. ~.
and to ain~nd the assessznent rol~ accordingly.
4. The County Treasurer is authorized to make stzch trans-
fers from the Tmprovement Fund for the assessm~nt district as will
be requirsd to make up the dzf~erence between the assessmEnt as
ori.ginally levied and the corrected assessm~nt.
