This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Stare of California,
on July 21 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing o£ said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentaxy, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and ltecreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW,. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBX ORDERED as follows:
1. That the publac utility easemenC and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Sutte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described a.s hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utili~y easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being two five-~oot public u~ility easements and one
10-foot public utility and recreation easement situated
in Section 36, T23N, R3E, MDB'M, as shown on Lot 64 of
Paradise Pines Country Club Unit No. 1 recorded in Book
38 at Page 57 and 58 Maps of Re~ord, Butte County, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
1. Being a five-foot public utility easement Lying
adjacent to, southeasterl.y of and parallel with the
following-described 7.ine. ~eginning at the most westerly
corner of said Lot 64; thence N27°51'25"E, 162.23 feet.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the
25-foot setback adjacent to Otis Court.
2. Being a 10-foot public utility and recreation . ~,
easement lying adjacent to, northeasterly of and parallel ~
