1, That sa~d Boaxd hereby accepts highway easement for Cana Road from Southern
Pacific Company.
2, The Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute, on behal£ of the
County of Butte, said easement.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be attached by the Clerk of said
Board to said easement and tfie required copies thexeof be forwarded to the Southern
Pacifa.c Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
