Wright and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easemenC as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant Co Government Code §§50440, et seq.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RBSdLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on _ September z , 1R81, at 10:0o a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, OroviLle,
California, a hearing shall be held on Che abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a five-foot public utlity easement lying in
Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a portion
of Lot 148 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines
Country Club Estates Unit 4, Recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record at Page 70, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being all that certain five-foot public utility
easement lying west of and parallel with the following-
described line: Beginnning at the southeast corner
ot said Lot 148; thence N 00°23'S9'W, 125.00 feet.
Excegting therefrom the most southerly 10 feet lying
within the 10 foot public utility easement and
recreational easement; also excep~ing therefrom the
most northerly 20 feeC lying within the 20-foot
setback line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
