Bxowne and others requesting the abandon~ent of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code ~~504~0, et seq.,
~his Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on September 1 , 1981, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, B~tte County Administration Building, Orovi2le,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment o~ the
fo~lowing described easement:
Being those certain l0~foot public utility easements
and recreational ease~ents lying within a portion of
Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a portion
of LoC 26 as shown on the map of Paradise Pines Unit
10, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 11
through 14, County of Butte, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
1. Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement
and recretational easement lying northeasterly of and
para11e1 with the southwesterly 1ot line o~ said Lot
26, beginning at the most southerly corner of said lot;
thence N 30°I5'23"W, 80.00 feet to the most westerlq
corner of said 1ot.
2. Being that certain i0-foot public utility easement
and re~reational easement lying northwesterly of and
parallel with the southeasterly 1ot line of said Lot
26, beginning at the most southerly corner of said lot;
~hence N 59°44'37"E, 140.00 feet to the most easterly
corner of said lot.
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 2Q feet lying
within the 20-foo~ setback line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and ~50441.
