Dasch and others reques~ing the abandonment of a pub~ic utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuanC to Government Code §§50440, et se~_,
this Soard shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Board ot Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on ~September 1 , 1981, at lq;pp ~_.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte Coi~nty Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being that certain 12-foot public utiliCy easement
and recreational easement lying within Section 26
T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also lying wiChin Lot 33 as shown
on the map of Paradise Pines Unit 4, recorded in
Book 35 Maps of Record at Pages 97 through 101, County
of Sutte, State o€ California, more particularly
described as toLiow~:
1. Being that certain 12-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying southeasterly of and
parallel with the westerly lot line of said Lot 33,
beginning at the southwesterly corner of said lot;
thence N 29°22'S4"E, 156.22 fee~ to the northwesterly
corner of said lot.
2. Being that certain 12-foot public utility
easement and recreational easement lying south of
and parallel with the northerly lot line of said Lot
33, beginning at the northwesterly ~.ot corner of
said lot; thence N 89°33'41"E, 58.75 feet to the
northeast corner of said Lot 33.
2. Thar this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and ~50441.
