This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors oE the County of Butte, State of Californi.a, on
August 4 , 19$1, in the Board Chambers, Butte Countiy Administration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said heari.ng,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Pttblic Utility EasemenC. is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That ~he publac utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. Thar the description of said public utiiity easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more parricularly described as follows:
Being those certain 10-foot public utility easements lying
within a portion of Section 14, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also
lying wirhin T.,ot 160 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines
Unit 3 as recorded in Book 35 Maps of Records at Pages 78
through 82, County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
1. Being that certain 10-foot public utility
easement lying southerly of and parallel
with the north lot line of said Lot 1b0.
Beginning at the northeast corner ot said
Lot 160; thence N 88°28'03"W, 112.96 ~eet.
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 25
feet lying within the 25-foot setback line.
2. Being that certain 10-foot public utlity
easement lying easterly of and para11e1 q

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of S~pervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
