l. The assessment praceedings known as Woodridge Ranch
Estates A,ssessment District, Butte County, Californ,ia, a~e he~eby
abandoned.
2. Purs~ant to Section 3117 of the California Streets
and Highways Code, the County Clerk of B~tte County is hereby
authori~ed and directed to recard a certified copy of this resolution
o~ abandorunent vai~h the Butte Co~nty Recorder. As further specified
by Sec~ion 3117, the fol~awzng in~oranation pertazns to these assessment
proceed.ings:
