TTiE EXCHANG~ OF PROT~ER'Z'Y TAX REVENUES RELATED TO THE CZARK-SZLVARA,
WATTLES/UAN DE ERVE, AND THE JOHN C. JONFS ANNEXATIONS.
WHEREAS, the provisions of the Revenue.and Taxation Code require
an agreement between the Connty of Butte and special districts considering
annexations.
NOW, THERF~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that the
Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is incorporated herein as if se~ forth
in full and is hereby approved and executed by Butte County.
PASSED AND ADO~ED by the Butte Co~.tn~y Board of Supervisors this
18th ~~y of August , 1g81, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Sareceni, Wheeler and Chairman MoseZeq

WHER~AS, Section 99 further ~rovides in Subsection B, paragraph 8,
subpart ~d}:
"With respect to adjL~stments in the a1.~oca~.~,on of pro~erty '
~.axes pursuant ~a ~ha.s sectzon, a coun~y and any local agency ~
or agencies within the county may develop and adopt a master
property tax transfer agreement. Such agrsetn~nt may b~ revised
from tin~e to ~ir~ie by the parties subject to sueh agreement."
