This matter came on regulaxly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cal9.fornia,
on August i8 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
saici Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon An
A11ey and Notice of Time and Place o~ Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and reg~larly given as"required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, havfng been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereanafter
described alley is unnecessary for present or prospective publi,c
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alley situated in the County of Sutte, State
of California, as hereinafter more particularly described is hereby
abandoned.
2. That the description of said a11ey abandoned is
situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
All that certain real property siCUate i.n the Co~nty
