This matter came on reguiarly for heari.ng be~ore the Board
Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement lying
within a portion of Section 25, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lot 79 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Clnit 10, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages
11 through 1/~, County of Butte, State of Califoirnia, more
particularly described as follows:
Being a 1Q-foot public utlitity easement lying southwesterly
of and parallel wiCh the following-described line:
Beginning at the most easterly lot corner of Lot 79; then
N 48°50'46", 77.80 feet to the end of the described line.

August 18 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte CounCy AdminisCration
Bua.lding, Oroville, Calz£ornia, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Pub1iC Utility Easemenr is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Thar the public utility easement situated in the
County ofr Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
descr9.bed is hereby abandoned.
2. ThaC the description of said public utility easement
so abarcdoned is situated in the County of Butte, State o£ California,
and more parCicular].y described as follows:

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
