TQ ABAND4N PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Stanley
Webb and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, puxsuanC to Government Code §§50440, et se~.,
this Board sha11 set a dare for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice ~hat at its regular
meeting on October 6 , 1981 at 10:00 a•~•, in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonmen~ of the following described easement:
Walnut Woods Subdivision Lots 1 through 4
Being that certazn 20-foot access and public utility
easement lying with~n T22N, R1E, also being a portion
of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 as shown on the Map of Walnut
Woods Subdivision recorded in Book 80 Maps of Record
at Pages 5 and 6, County of Butte, State of California,
being more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 20-foot access and public utility
easement lying easterly of and parallel with the wes~erly
lot line of said ~oCs 1, 2, 3 and 4, beginning at the
southwesterly lot corner of Lot No. 1; thence N 0°02'24"W,
495.00 feet to ~he northwesterly lot corner of Lot 4.
Excepting therefrom the most westerly i2 feet of said
access and utility easement, also excepting therefrom
the most norther~y six feet of said access and utility
easement.
2. That this Resolutio^ be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §~50440 and 50441.
