Boa~d o~ Supervisors of the County of But~e, State o~ California,
on September Z ,~981i in the Baard Cham~ers, Butte County
Admin~stration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing ta
said Board that a Notice of Time and ~lace of Hearing of sa~d
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as req~ired by law, and
testimony and evidence, bat~ oral and doCUmen~ary, having been
produced a~ said hearin~, f~o~ w~ich said Baard now finds rhat the
hereinafter described Pub1i~ Utility Easement and Recreationa~ Ease-
ment is unnecessary ~or present ar prosp~ctive pub~ic use.
NOW, THERE~~R~, IT i5 HEREBX ORDERED as follows:
1. That the publ~c utility easemen~ and recreational ease-
ment situated in ~he County of But~e, State of Califarnia, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public u~ility easemen~
and xecreationa~ easement so abandaned is si~uated in the County of
Butte, State of Californ~a, and more paxticularly described as
follows:
Being those cer~ain 10-foot publ~c utili~y easements
and recreationa~ easements lying within a portion of
SeCtion 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also ~eing a portion
of Lot 26 as shown on ~he map of Paradise Pines ~Jnit
I0, recorded in Book 38 Ma~s of Record at Pages 11
through 14, Coun~y of Butte, State of California, ,
more particu~.arly described as foll.ows:

and recretational easement lying northeaster~y of and
parallel wit~ ~he so-~thwes~erly lot ~ine of said Lot
25, beginning at the mos~ southerly corner of said 1ot;
