This matter came on regularly far hearing b~fore the
Board of Superviso~s of ~he County of Butte, S~a~e of California,
on Sepfember 1
, 198~, in the Baard Chambers, Butt~ Caunty
Administration Building, Oro~ille, Cali~ornza, and it appearing to
said Baard that a Notice af Time and Place o~ Hearing of said
Abando~men~ was duly and regular~y given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and doc~mentary, having been
produced a~ said hearing, from which said Board now finds that rhe
here~nafter described pub~ic U~i~i~y Ease~ent and Recreational Eas~-
ment is unnec~ssary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREF~RE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the pub~ic utility easemen~ and ~ecreational ease-
ment situated in t~e County of Butte, State of Gal~fornia, as herein-
a~ter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of 5aid pub~ic utili~y easement
and recrea~ional easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
~o11owS:
Being that certai~ 12-foot public uti~i~y easement
and recrea~ional easement lying within Section 2b
T23N, R3~, MDB&M. A1so lyzng within Lot 33 as shown
o~ the map of Parad~se Pines Unit 4, recorded in
8ook 35 Maps of Record at Pages 97 throug~ 101, County
o~ Butte, State of California, more particula~ly
described as ~a~~ows:
l. Being that certain 12-foot public utili~y easem~nt
and recreational ease~ent lying southeasterly of and
paralle~ with the wes~exly lot line of said Lot 33,
beginning at the sou~hwesterly corner of said lot;
thence N 29°22'54"E, 156.22 feet to the northwesterly
corner of said lot.
