Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on September I , 198I, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearzng, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public ~se.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORD~RE~ as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease~
menr siruated in the County o~ Butte, State of California, as hereinT
after more particulazly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of sa~d public utility easement
and recteational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of Californ~a, and more pazticularly described as
follows:
Being a five-foot public utlity easement lying in
Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a portion
of Lot 148 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines
Country Club Estates Unit 4, Recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record at Page 70, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being all that certain five-foot public utility
easement lying west of and parallel with the following-
described line: Beginnning at the southeast corner
of said Lot 148; thence N 00°23'S9'W, 125.00 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 10 feer lying
within the 10 foot public utility easement and
recreational easement; also Excepting therefrom the
most northerly 20 feet lying within the 20-foot
setback line.

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of rhis Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in rhe
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
