RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
LAKERIDGE VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRZCT
The Board af Superva.sors o~ the County o~ But~e resolves:
A map enti~led "Proposed Boundary Map of Lakeridge Village
Assessment Dist~zct, Co~n~y o~ But~e, State of Calzfornia," has be~n
f~.led with the County Clerk.
Tha~s Board approvas the map and adopts the baundaries shown
on the z~ap as describing the e~ten~ of the terri.tory in.cluded in a
proposed assessment distric~ to be known as Lakeridge Vi.~lage Assessment
District, County of Butte, State o~' Califozni.a.
This Board ~~nds tha~ th~ map is in the forrn and contaxns
the matt~rs prc~scribed by.Section 3I10 af the CaJ.ifornia Straets
and Highwa~~s Code .
This Board directs the County C~.erk to certify ~he adop~ion
of this resolu~tion on the face of the map, and to fi1.s a copy of the
Fnap with the Coun~y Recorder ~or n~ace~ent in the Book af Maps o~
Assessment Dist~icts.
