RESOLUTZON SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING FOR DETER-
MINING PUBLIC CONVENI~NCE AND NECESSITY

The Board of S~pervisors of the Coun:ty of Butte resolves:
This Board has adopted a ntap showing the boundaries of
proposed Lak~ridge Vi1.Zage Assessment D~s~rict, County o~ Butte, S~a~e
of Cal~.fornia, rahich map is entit~ed, "Proposed Boundary Map of Lake-
ridge Village Assessme~t District, County o~' Butte, S~ate o~ Ca~.ifornia."
This Board praposes to imp].e~nent special assessment proceed-
ings und~r the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 19I3,
wa.th bonds to b~ issued under the provisians af the Impxoveznent Act o~
1911 for the purpose of the canstruction of improvements.
This ~oard sets 11:~5 A.M. on Tuesday, October I3, 198~.,
198~, at ~he meeting place of the Boazd of Superv.iso~s of the County
of Butte, located in the County Ad2ninist~a~ion C~nter, 25 County Cen-
te~ Drive, Oroville, Cal.i.forna.a, as the time and p~.ace when and where
any and all persons interested may appea~ and show cause why the Board
~hould not find and determine that the public convenience and necessity
require the proposed improvements to be made in said proposed assess-
ment district. taithout compliance with the provisions of the Special
Assessment ~nvest~,gation, Limi~ation and Majority ~rotes~ Act of I.931.
T~he County Cl.exk is hereby directed to give no~ice o~ the
time and place o~ hearing in the fo~.~.owing manner:
By publishing a Nota.ce of 3nnpravement, said pub~.ication
to be not less than twenty (20} days prior ~o the da~e
o~ s~id hearing;
By maila.ng a copy o~ the Notice of Tmnrovement to each
prop~rty owner in said proposed assessment distra.ct,
said mail.ing to be sent not Zess than twenty {20) days
pra.or to the date of ~he hearing;

By posting a copy o~ the Notice of Improvement at or near
th~ place o~ meeting of the Board of Supervisors ~or five
(5) days prior to the t~me o~ said hearing;
By posting a copy of the Notzce of Improvement on all
open streets within the proposed assessment d~st~ict,
said notice to be posted not moze than three hundred
(3~0) feet apart, and no~ less than twe~~y (20) days
prior to the date of hearing..
