WHEREAS, pursuant to changes in the State law requiring
additional information to be noticed to the publzc on abandonments;
and
WHEREAS, Besolution 81-188, which was adop~ed by ~his Board,
did not co~ztain the required information;
NOW, THEKGFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED :by this Board that Resolu-
tion 81-I88 is rescinded and the hearing set for September 29, 1981
at 10:Q0 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County
Center Drive, Oroville, California, is cancelled.
PASSED AN~ ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
