HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-215WETEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Walter x. xansen and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement as described below; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highways Code, ~his Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandon~ent, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That thfs Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on october 27 , I981 at 10.:oA a.m., in the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on rhe abandonment ot the following described easement: PP4, Lot 151 Be~ng that certain 10-foot public utility easement lying within a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also lying within Lot 151 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Unit 4 recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Pages 97 through ~Ol, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly desCribed as follows: Being that certain 10-foot publ~c utility easement lying nor~heasterly of and parallel with the south- wesCexly 1ot line of said Lot 151. Beginning at the most southerly corner of said lot; thence N 31°40'15" W, 121.15 feet. Excepting therefrom the most norther~y 20 feet iying within the 20-foot setback line. 2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility easement to be abandoned is on fiie at the Butte County Public Works Depar~ment, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, Cali~ornia.
