recognized a need to modify pffice hours in certain departments
to obtain effzciency utilizing existing staff; ancl
L~HER~AS, Ordinance No. 2241 provides that the Board
of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
~ahich a department will be open to public busina_ss transactions;
and
j~HEREAS~ ~he Caunty Clerk's Office has. requested that
their office hours be changed.
NOT~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Clerk's
Office hours be changed to he open fo tha ~eneral pubZic from
3:00 a.m. ~0 1:00 p.M. on regular ~usiness days.
