recognized a-need to modify office hours in certain departments
to obtain e~ficiency u~ilizing existing sta~f; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 22~1 provides that the Board of
Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
wh'.i'ch.a department ~ill be open to public bnsiness transactions;
and
4dHEREAS, the Recorder's Office has requested that their
office hours be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Recorder's Office
h_ours, be changed to be open to the general public from 8:00 a.m.
until 1:00 p.m. on regular business days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 29th day of September , 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Lemke and Vice Chairman Wheeler-~
NOES: Supervisor Saraceni
