recognized a need to modify office hours in certain departments
to obtain efficiency utilizing exis~ing staff; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 22~1 provides that the Soard
' of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office
hours wh~ch a department will be open to public business
transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Probation Bepartment has requested that
their office hours be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV£D the the Probation
Department office hours be changed to be open to the general
public from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
on reguiar business days.
PASSED AN- ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 29th day of September , 1981, by the following vote:
A YES: Supervisors Dolan, Lemke and Vice Chairman Wheeler
NOES: Superv~sor Saraceai
ABSENT: Chair~aan Moseley
