Aldridge and o~hers requesting the abandonment of a public utility - easement and recEeational easement as described below; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highways Code, this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors: l. That this Soard hereby gives notice Chat at its regular meetin~ on November 3 , 1981, at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on rhe abandonment of the follawing described easement: Being those certain ten-foot public utility easements and recreational easements and a five-foot public utility easements lying within Section 3b T23N, R3E, MDB&M also lying with Lots 127, 130, 131, 132, 134 and 135 as shown on the Map o~ Paradise Pines Country Club Estates Unit 3, Recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 64 through 68, Counry of Butte, State of CaLifornia, being more parricularly described as follows: Lot 127 1. Being that certain five-foot public utility easement lying northwesterly of and parallel with the southeasterly lat line of said lot, beginning at the most southerly Lot corner, thence N 60°4~'37" E 202.81 feeC.
