RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC DTILITY EASEMENT
'~his matCer came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
october 6 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Buildang, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the pub~ic utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descrip~ion of said public urilaty easemenr
so abandoned is siruated a.n the County of Butre, State of California,
and more particu3.arly described as follows:
Walnut Woods Subdivision Lots 1 throueh 4
Being that certain 20-foot access and public util.ity
easement ~ying within T22N, R1E, also being a portion
of Lots l, 2, 3 and 4 as shown on the Map of Walnut
Woods Subdivision recorded in Book 80 Maps of Record
at Pages 5 and 6, County of Butte, State of California,
being more particularly c3escribed as follows:
Being that certain 20-foot access and public utility
easement lying easterly of and para11e1 wiCh Che westerly
lot line of said Lots l, 2, 3 and 4, beginning at the
southwesterly ~ot corner of Lot No. l; rhence N 0°02'24"W,
495.Q0 feet to the norChwesterly lot corner of Lot 4.
Excepting therefrom the most westerly 12 feet of said
access and uti~.ity easemenC, also excepting therefrom
the most northerly six feet of said access and utility
easement.

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a cer~ified
copy of this ~esolution, with the seal of the ~oard of Supervisors
of the Co~ntq o€ Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Che County of Butte, State of California.
