vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o£ Supervisors of the County
of Butte~ State of California, as follows;
The poxtion of Hillcrest Ave. a~Fd Ketly Ridge Rd. described in attached
Exhibit "A", a.s hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuan~ ~o S~reets and
Highways Code Section 833~+.
