The Board of Supe~visars of the County of Bu~te reso~.ves:
That Resolutian af Intention No. 8~-205, adopted by
the Board o~ Supervisors on Sep~.e~nber 1, 1981, i.s hereby amended
by adding thereto the fa3.lowing:
"This Board of Supervisors intends ta en~er into agree-
ments with Paci£ic Gas and Electric Company, North Burbank P~blic
Uta.lity Dis~rict and Orovi~.le-Wyandott~ Irrigation District ~tnder
the provisions of Secta.on. ~.0110 0~ the S~reets and Highways Cade,
inasmuch as certain facilities included i.n the improvement are to
be under their ovrnership, managernent and con~rol."
