by publication, posting and mai~.ing, has been held as to
the public conveni~nce ana necessity o~ ~he improvements in
Lakeridge Village Assessment Distric~, Coun~y o~ Butte,
Sta~.e of Cal~.fornia.
This Board has hea~d and considered alJ. the
evic~ence, both ora~ and written, relative ~o ~he public
convenience and necessi~y o~ the construction of
improvements, and finds ~ha~ ~h~ pub~ic convenience and.
necessity ~equire the ~'ollowing improvements proposed ~o be
constructed in Lakeridge Village Assessment D~.s~rict:
The construction of streets, stor~ drainage
~acilities, ~anitary sewer~ and a system of
domestic wa~~r supp~.y, tog~ther with ali
appurt~enances, within ~he Lakeridge Vi1.~.age
Subdivisi.on, bounded by R~v'erview Drive,
x~.iicrest Avenue and Kelly Ridge Road in ~he
County ot Bu~te, State of Ca~ifornia.

and fur~.her de~ermines that ~he Special Assessment
Investigation, Limi~ation and Majori~y Protest Act of 1931
sha11 no~ apply to these assessment proceedings and that
this project shalJ. proceed in accordance wi~h the terms and
provisa.ons of ~he Munici.pal Tmprovement Act o~ 1.913.
