RESOLUTION AUTHORZZTNG CHANGE ORDERS
LAKERIDGE VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of ~he Caunty o~ Butte
resolves:
The Board of 5upervisors hereby authorizes the
Director o~ Public Works to issue change orders ~ar the
wark ~n Lakeridge Vi~lage Assessment Distric~, County ot
Bu~.te, unc3er ~he fol~owing condi~ions:
1. To correct clerica3. and technical errors in the
p~.ans and speci~i.catians.
2. To modi~y the design o~ the improvemen~ to accorc3
wi~h bet~er engineering practice ar ~o ach~.eve
economy of construction.
3. Ta adjust the design of~the impravemen~ ~o
uti~.i'ty locations, soil conda.ta.ons, o~r o~her
condi~zons unknown or uncer~ain when plans were
drawn.
Cos~ inc~eas~s in change orders issu~d under this authority
shall not aggregate more than the amount set aside £or
construc~ion cont~ngenc~.es in the cos~ estimate approv~d by
the Board ot Supervisors.
