WHEREAS, Resolutian No. 81-189 was adopted by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors on October 6, 1981;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-189 needs to be amended to
reflect the deletion of of public streets from the description
embodied in the Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Paragraph No. 2 of
Resolution 81-I89, adopted by ehe Burte Counry Board of Supervisors
on October 6, 1981 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Beginning aC said norChwesCerly corner of said Block
"Q"; rE~ence North 74°23'40" East, along the northerly
line of said Block "Q", a distan~e of 140.00 feeC to
Che northeasCerly ~orner of Lot 8 of said Block "Q"
and the ~rue poinr of beginning for rhe parcel of
, land herein described; thence, from said true point
of beginning, South 15°36'20" East, along the eas[erly
line of Lots 5, 6, 7& 8 of said B1ock "Q", a distance
of 320.3~ feet more or less to the southeasterly
corner of said L,or 5; thence North 74°23'40" East,
along the southerly line of said Block "Q", a
distance of 20.00 feet to the southwesterly corner
of Lot 4 of Bloc~C "Q"; thence North 15°36'20" West,
along the westerly line of Lots l, 2, 3 and 4 of said
S1ock "Q", a distance of 320.34 feet more or less to
the northwesterly corner of said Lot l; thence, South
74°23'40" West, along the northerly line of said
Block "Q", a distance of 20.U0 feet to the true point
of beginning and containing 0.15 acres more or less.
