WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, thzs Boa~d shall set a date
for. a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. ThaC this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on November '~10~ 198Z at ~0:00 a•~•~ in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, Calzfornia, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following descrzbed easement:
PP2, Lot 162
Being that certain 20-~oot public util~ty easemenr
lying within Section 14, T23N, R3B, MDM, alsp being
a portion of Lot 162 as shown on the Map o~ paradise
Pines Unit 2, recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record a~
pages 71 through 74, County of Butte, State of
California, being more particularly described as
follows:
Being that certain 20-foot public utility easement
lying easterly of and parallel with the wesCerly 1ot
line of said Lot 162, beginning at the southwesterly
lot corner of said Lot 162; thence N 00°20'S8"W,
184.64 feet to the northwesterly lot corner of said
Lot 162.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on fiie at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
