Tk~is matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
October 27 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County l~dministraCion
Building, Oroville, Cali~ornia, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by iaw, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said i~earing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utilitq Easement is ~nnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NbW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY OItllERED as follows:
1. Tk~at ttae public uCility easement situaCed in Che
Counry of Butte, S~are of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descriptzon of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, Sta~e o€ California,
and more particularly described as follows:
PP4, Lot 15I
Being that certain 10-foot pub~ic utility easement
lying within a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E,
NillB&M, also lying within Lot 151 as shown on the Map
of Paradise Pines Unit 4 recorded in Book 35 Maps of
Record at Pages 97 through 101, County of ~utte,
State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement
lying northeasterly of and paraLlel with the south-
westerly lot line of said Lot 151. Beginning at the
most southerly corner o£ said lot; thence N 31°40`15"
W, 121.15 feet. ~

Excepting therefrom the most northerly 20 feet lying N
within the 20-foot setback line. ~

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Boar~ of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Sutte County Board of Supervisors
this 27th day of October , 1981, by the following vote:
